DLM Plastics Corporation, formerly Kuss Vinyl Products, was established in Findlay, Ohio in 1990 by Donald E. Badertscher. In June 2000, DLM was acquired by TRIAC Industries which is based in Ajax, Ontario. TRIAC is a leading supplier of aboveground and in-ground vinyl liners as well as fiberglass slides, diving boards, in-wall and drop-in steps and spill-over spas.
